    what about if that was our only option....IF the rumours are right that the tta want to downsize or even want out and a bloke with pots of dosh wants the whole 100% but his credentials dont match,,,,does the trust and the tta tell him to sod off even though he can guarantee that we will still have a club for the next 3-5 seasons

    the rumour came from posts awhile back...but it doesnt mater if its a rumour or not...if anyone came in for the club and i would imagine there will be a few interested parties with the planning permission passed of for the new stand..hotel and god knows what..all i was saying is i cant see what the trust has done or will do to safeguard the future of our club but if a possible investor came in and the trust became an issue,,,then they need to step aside.

    what do you mean safeguard the future of oafc....by doing what,,,,have they invested money to buy players or in anyway contributed to oldham athletic going forward....correct me if im wrong...all i was saying is theres a bloke with pots full and the rumour is that hes put off with the trust having this 3% then they need to get out of the way

    for me if the supporters association are a stumbling block or in any way in the way then thet need to get out of the way....they are holding the club back from a potential money spinner for the club which is desperatley needed

    best team ive seen at oldham this season and i dont know why they are doing crap are carlisle,,,,thats because they have graham kavanagh playing for them..as soon as both full backs or centre halfs got the ball he was there...5-10 yards away wanting the ball..then it was just a simple pass and away they went...i know hes getting on but hed be in my team for next season..

    here here...allott..whits..maher..not one of them will go get it off the full backs or centre halfs...only option is long ball to the forwards with no one of any real quality,size to win the ball...we need a screamer in the middle of the park...demanding the ball of the back 4

    ive watched most of eardleys games for wales and its very rare you will see him pass the ball more than 10 yards....thats because hes got players come looking for it....only option hes got here is a long 30-35 yarder down the line...midfield to blame for me..they dont want it,,especially in our own half

    reading his interview with lw and he says whether hes here for 7 games,,7 weeks or 7 years he has to do what he sees fit.......sounds like the decision might not be his at end of season....come on tta get that contract out and get him sighned,,,if other clubs get a whiff hes out looking to get back back into the game full time,,other options might be available to him.

    look at royles track record,,,he loves a big and daft en....olney,,marshall..beckford..ormenroyd..and im sure theres a few others...cant think of any good forwards in this division so its gotta come from the championship...wolves have got harewood today from villa so maybe theres a player there surpless to requirements
