I think most would agree that Robbie's form since signing to the end of the season hasn't been his best but for me he needs to be in the team for the extra bit of quality he has. Granted hs dead balls have been poor recently but he is an fairly experiencd player that single handedly got us a vital point on Saturday. Really hope he stays.
-
Did anyone go? A very disappointing finish. Is it down to injuries to squad players meaning kids are played? KMB subbed at half time is this because he couldn't be arsed or that he is starting on Saturday?
-
Agree with Prozac but he is still quality at this levels or me his best form is when he is partnered with morais. Although this may be from an attacking sense. Since Xmas morais has really worked on his defensive side of his game though, making them a good partnership.

It was the barlows brigade at the back of the stand many of whom have servere learning disabilities.
-
Jones would do a job for me. Whenever I watch him I can't help but be impressed. He is always there to pick up the second ball. Adeyemi needs to watch jones to learn a thing or too.
-
Not really but he didn't get caught out for it, had a lot to deal with in the air first Half and coped well. Steady 7 out of 10.
-
Thought he was much better today. Don't know if that's because they were crap but I have been a big critic recently so praise where it's due.
-
To be honest I agree with yarddog. At least don't tweet the fact that u couldn't be arsed making a minor detour to support you mates.
-
But dan that buzz could easily come back! One fact will remain despite your absence. You possess the loudest ziga zaga known to man.

I had a bit of an issue with the stewards on the way in, I paid on the gate but I wasn't given a ticket stub but the steward wouldn't let me get into the quarter-empty stand then eventually after speaking to Marketing Jen who unfortunately couldn't do much and getting a lecture off the steward about how I should always receive a ticket he let me in.
It's the most ironic thing about when fans of another team mocks an away following that they mock the people who have made the effort to turn up. But when 20,000 people were singing "Wednesday til I die" you've got to take your hat off to fans who have stuck by their club in large numbers
That was a large crowd even for Wednesday. They have dipped a low as 15 last season. But so they should, huh club, big city with a huge catchment area. The same argument I give to city fans.

Mantom has scored 5 goals in his loan spell at walsall if I heard the commentator on FLS correctly.
-
Don't think anyone will be too bothered about this given his displays. Always put in a shift which was probably why he was only ever criticised on a message board. Does leave us short on numbers in there. Return of Wes?
-
I thought we were very attack minded against the wendies and that got us nowhere. Lee and Diallo were getting forward often leaving us exposed at the back. Neither of them contributed anything going forward mind. A Set up similar to that of hudders and charlton away may not be a bad shout.

Scott Spencer has bagged 30 in 30 for Hyde and Gary Lowe, the Hyde gaffer, has said Football League clubs have asked about him.
I know he didn't set the world alight at Dale or Everton, but maybe he has matured and ready to make the step up?
We have signed players who have scored less goals at a lower level!
He couldn't do any worse but for me the step up is huge.

I'm sure when he went in for his op they said they were hoping to get him back for a couple of games before the end of the season. Any news?
We were told 12 weeks I think. How long has he been out now? Is suppose even he if gets himself fit he will be miles off match fitness. We haven't been told that he is back in training yet.
-
What on earth have you seen from his manner that makes you think he'd be a good assistant manager?
Nothing he's just old and therefore needs a new job.
-
Good post - agree with a lot of what you say (apart from your team for Saturday ...) - the end of the season cannot come too quickly for me - hopefully we survive and we can all look forward to England (*) in the Euros

Think we have seen enough to suggest that PD will not drop Kuqi no matter what.

Its the players who have to go out and do it on the pitch you sack the manager a new man will still have to work with the same players and the same problems will keep occuring.
Really? Would a new manager not get them organised? Stop leaking soft goals and use his subs effectively? Not saying he would like just a thought.

He was pretty terrible, self-important and stuck up his own arse. He mainly suffered from flashing cards out too soon, made a rod for his own back.
That said, he was far worse for them than he was for us. And furthermore, WTF was Mvoto doing, steaming in when on a yellow in the MIDDLE of the pitch with no direct threat against us? The Charlton player played for that completely and Mvoto was an absolute dickhead for getting sucked right into that.
Hollands was probably a red. It was a pretty bad tackle, I was two rows right behind it and quick feet did him but a pretty brainless lunge got him sent off. The other red card was laughable, as it was a 50/50 challenge. A foul our way was about the most it should have been.
The game decended into a bit of a farce after then summed up by their keeper leaving a leg out for Simpson to connect with, who then needed treatment and started rubbing his ribs. And then timewasted some more which got him his booking. Ludicrous.
People must have looked at that today expecting a completely horrible match. Even the pretty neutral BBC website report called it an "ill tempered match". It was never anything of the kind.
Said completely the same thing. The ref would always try and even it up. Big jean gave him the opportunity. Still a poor decision tho. Today showed we're not a bad side, but we are bad at doing the things that make you a good side or Isthat strongbow talking?
-
Gonna have to go Wycombe now. Extremely frustrated again, thought we played well and there were a few positives to be fair. Need to be far more aggressive in the oppositions box if we are going to start scoring.
-
My point is - and I'm no fan of Corney - that he ain't got a pot to piss in, what do you want him to do? Bankrupt the club due to the impatience of a minuscule proportion of its fan base?
If there's no good news, say :censored:-all - until recently he's been following that rule quite well after getting his fingers burnt.
Bloody hell that's a typical owtb response! Probably why so few start threads.

Agreed of only dickov would see sense and give kuqi a go on the bench. I dont call it being dropped, more bringing him on with a point to prove chomping at the bit.

Top badge that.

Leeds play him in his natural position at left back. He started very well for us but it actually transpired he had the touch of a baby elephant.
