It is performance based pay. After a great victory, the atmosphere would be incredible and after a poor performance the players would get the wages they deserve. PLEASE BOOK ACCOMODATION BEFORE YOU GO. Having spent time in South Africa, the rumours are true. It can be an incredibly dangerous place and there will be a very high number of muggings and robberies. They aren't setting up fan camping zones for this reason. Its also gonna be very cold. Going without accomodation will be a huge mistake.
