    In the end all comes down to one question who would you rather have in net? Dean Brill or Greg Fleming? In my opinion, i would have greg in net for us Penneys decision but if atm ollrenshaw is not ready for first team action then get a goalkeeper in on loan to challenge brill for the starting spot

    Heard a rumour today that we want to exchange o'grady and stephens for him, i personally cant see it happening unless a bit of cash was invovled aswell, what does everyone think if this deal was to go ahead? would dagnall be good enough in league 1?

    next week brill should not train with the first team. Get him and the GK coach by themselves, with brill having to come and catch balls thrown and kicked from andy, then get some reserve players in and challenge for the ball.

    least theres is not falling down.. they have four sides we have 3 sides hardly any singing fans struggle to have more den 3500 - 4000 home fans for majority of games if we knocked down the chaddy we stil wouldnt fill out the home sections roll on our empty stadium in failsworth

    Tbh to me, brill looks like a confidence keeper, doesnt matter about the last game. If he makes a save early on, or a catch ( extremely rare) then he seems to have an alright game aslong as they dont have a set-piece. Needs to command his area though, saying that, could be pushing it there, i'd like him to command the six yard box at least

    i think NO! sheehan returns on saturday.. and we have other reserve left backs with jacobsen on his way back from injury. money for wages be better spent on a GK or ST

    then save the penalty and give us some entertainment, and who can ctach control his area and dive both ways.

    tbh mate, when i was in RRE last season and singing, i thought we was really loud. But once you move to a different stand (in main stand this season) we really are exceptionally quiet. Saints outsung us when both sets of fans were singing. FACT.

    At least gomes would come for them.. i wouldnt mind him coming out to get them and missing some, imtidates the attacking players as they think "oh god i might get a smack ere"

    We could give black/mckerr a game at left back, otherwise if DP is just going to bring into another LB around the same age on loan, what was the point in offering black a contract and signing mckerr? They both only on 1 year contract so give them a game is needed, otherwise sell them

    No more left-backs please. Sheehan is back on saturday, + we have black and mckerr to play there, also lomax is able to play there, and jacobsen is due to be back by mid november?

    Lee duxbury will make a shocking decision and come out of retirement and play CB. ( has played there before i believe)

    Always see brill running to be first into the tunnel at HT, but wouldnt be surprised if it was to get rid of al the abuse he recieves (does sometimes deserve) Also when he is out at half time trainin up with josh and the GK coach, why dont they send some bloody crosses in from out wide for him to catch!

    give him time lad we gave wolfy about 6-8 years i think, brooke been given since walsall game what do you expect from him? scoring every time he comes on? give him a break maybe a short term loan (with a 24hour recall clause just incase) in league two will do him the world of good, toughen him up more starting games instead of being a sub brought on for 20 mins every few games

    Whoever went to the game yesterday, did we have any chances? after watching the football league show, it just shows some of charlton's chances and i took this to mean we got battered and had no chances at there end?

    Or that he will provide us with some experience cover upfront while our strikers get back from injury. Blackman is still injured i think? Abbott needs a hernia operation and is playing through the pain for us atm and vernon can provide us with cover for a few months while they get back to full fitness

    tbh perkins would be good for us, but i think that we already have enough centre mids, with blackman out injured abbott needing an operation (hernia?) that leaves us really with only one known striker in parker (brooke isnt up for a startin spot yet i think)
