  1. I like the guy but doubt he has what it takes to sucseed here, if he does go I'm pretty sure he will do decent elsewhere. He just needs to change his approach, everytime he praises his squad they lose. It has been a common trend thoughout his time here, so it is either the type of player he signs or how he acts around them when he is talking about promotion etc.

  2. Football is only secondary to him? Since when, we have bought players actually paid fees for them in three of the last four seasons; Furman, Colback, Reid and Montano, brought in veterns on big money; Gregan, Kuqi, Diamond etc. All this 'he's only it in for the land' nonsense drives me mad, it echos of little Oldham. Like a pub where if a non-regular pops heads turn; 'he's not from here, what's he doing here? He's after something I don't trust him.' Even after ten years of funding the club and putting up with crap managers, stay-a-way fans, incompetent councils and players struggling people stick he is after the land.

  3. The sky is falling, the sky is falling!! We lost two games on the trot, to two sides better than us whilst playing some great football for the first half i the first game (ignored so far), I'm gussing that means we're doomed for the drop. Sucks to be QPR they're going to finish with like two points, how can we complain about a lack of progress two games in?

  4. I can't even bring myself to hate United or Leeds. I'm fine with them, and I don't mind if they win. It just isn't in my nature to hate because of a rivalry, or to hate an entire club just because some of their fans might be nobs.

But I actually do hate, and always have hated MK Dons for all the reasons stated on here and are otherwise obvious. I wish them infinite relegations. And I question the morality of anyone, barring the financially desperate, who chooses to get involved with them.

I'm the same although until yesterday I was unsure of my feelings about MK, I hated what they represented but liked the way they play. But after seeing their souless bowl with not a mark or symbol to announce it as a football ground, I realised this is a much worse club than I thought. And Robinsons an idiot, the same type of idiot that made Huddersfield so easy to hate under Lee Clark.

  5. Was either goal his fault, he was arguing for the second and maybe could have got back in time. Key word being maybe, Powell is one of the quickest players in the league and if I remember right M'Voto wasn't close to him by the end of the move. First goal was Simmo's man he's admitted as much, both goals were team efforts or lack of. He wasn't great but was by no means the worse player on the pitch, they played two strikers who barley got a sniff I'd say that means he did something right. He also kept Madine out on Monday, and was bullied by O'Grady something we hope he'll learn from. He was good in pre-season and will improve, I agree he shouldn't in an ideal world be first choice but the stick he is getting is unfair.

  6. Better players out there? 50/50 as to whether we can get them, but missing out on a players is hardley a new thing so never mind. Hopefully the striker we do sign will match and exceed Kuqi's amount from last term. Dan Taylor for me is the player to look out for, him and Simmo together could be awesome.

  7. If they had the same offer they would have done the same, the fact they have agreed to cancel and we announced it before they wanted us to is a non issue. Seems like Birmingham are just angry they were treated like a small side, on another day it would have been us losing a match. At first it was said they were still planning on playing the match, it turns out it was cancelled and they wanted us to announce it when they were ready. Maybe it could have been dealt with better, but this was an over-reaction by a club who have had their ego dented.
