  1. We might as well get 6,100 to dress up as Chaddy the Owl
  2. Fans have already started singing it at last few games although not everyone has fully sung it which we need at anfield + I never made the chant up I just posted it on here
  3. Hes magic you know you'll never get passed m'voto
  4. There is also this website if tickets happen to go off the liverpool FC website although I can't say if its reliable or not and the prices they are charging are very high compared to normal.
  5. but without electronic turnstiles how would we record games that each fan goes to unless they went to the ticket office before ever game causing ques and not everyone would want to do that.
  6. That's the thing its nearly impossible to satisfy everyone without some electronic database which we cannot afford if we had an electric database we could have people registered to it and then it could show us each person statistics e.g. how many season tickets they have had, games been to, years registered... and allow oldest members and most loyal the first dibs on tickets. Anyone want to pay for this system?? But bringing this is now would mean it wouldn't be that applicable for a few years till the statistics start to show
  7. We will be 4-0 down singing Que sera, sera,Whatever will be, will be, We're going to Wembley, Que sera, sera.
  8. You make valid points If Alan had only been to 5 games it would be much better than non if he is paying money into the club. Think about the amount of 'day trippers' going to liverpool and at least if they had come to 5 games each how much more money they would of generated and the larger crowds. + a lot of these day trippers wouldn't of bothered to put up with rain, cold, destroyed stands and what ever else for 5 games just to come to liverpool so more loyal fans would be in the line up to come. + We have only had 5 games between the 3rd round draw and the match at home (CUP: 1 was JPT and other FA Cup replay) so these fans would have to be coming to games before they knew we were playing liverpool
  9. If you can't get a ticket via the phones http://www.livefootballtickets.com/fa-cup-liverpool-v-southendoldham-tickets/liverpool-10826.html Also selling tickets I think its only doing the home end though and think they may be VERY HIGH PRICES but if your desperate there is the link.
  10. Its only an idea I don't really think there is any true way you can get around this problem because what ever is made someone else is going to have an issue with it but I think this would help the problem of day trippers getting their hands on tickets as if they want to go to the big games such as liverpool they would have to come to home games as well which is helping to bring in fans. For Alan he would just have to wait to open sale or if the tickets were sold 2 per person with book ask one of them. Premier league sides such as liverpool have these sort of priority systems in place because of the high demands for away games.
  11. 1. I would suggest a voucher system I know everyone has already said it but I am going to say it again a system in which a card/book can be purchased at the beginning of the season with a set amount of criteria example: 5 home games, 3 Cat A Games......... and when a fan uses the turnstile to enter BP they can give their card/book and get it stamped (Or possible have an ID number on the card that can be wrote down although this may take more time) and this would show that you have been to the criteria amount of games then when tickets go on sale these people can be behind ST holders but before open sale. 2) Like someone said on the forum a few days ago use turnstiles in the RRE because its best covered for bad weather. 3) Put a small purchase price on the purchase of these tickets/books at beginning of the season so the club gets some extra money
  12. INFORMATION DIRECTLY OF LIVERPOOLFC WEBSITE for home tickets http://www.liverpoolfc.tv/tickets/latest-ticket-news
  13. I e-mailed Oldham about possible more tickets and asked if it was true or a rumour they responded with its not true there are no more. Not to say it couldn't change but that is the response I got sorry for anyone who doesn't have one already
  14. Don't think this will go down very well with the fans
  15. If we can create an amazing atmosphere at the game and the team try their best its all we can ask. We aren't expected to win so the pressure is off the players to win but I think they will want to do their best and win as it gives them an opportunity to reach out to bigger clubs and to get in the book of favourites of Oldham fans. As for the fans this match will give us a good evening out to remember win loss or draw. (Hopefully Win) I think on the night we will lose but its football and especially with it being the FA Cup 3rd round there are cup upsets and shocks and we have done it before against city and everton so why not liverpool
  16. I thought we only had 2,400 have they sent another batch then?
  17. January Mon 2 15:00 Away Chesterfield FL1 Fri 6 20:00 Away Liverpool FACP Sat 14 15:00 Away Huddersfield FL1 Tue 17/ Wed 18 (TBC) 20:00 Away Chesterfield JPT Sat 21 15:00 Home Exeter City FL1 Sat 28 15:00 Away Stevenage FL1 A large amount of away games coming up
  18. How many were at the game and how many of city fans I didnt hear it during the game but someone told me there was 5500 (2500) which sounds wrong to me but I could be wrong
  19. It is slightly worring but give them around 3 to 4 more games to get together if still failing then start to question where we will be heading this season
  20. Yeah its only a offer not like he has agreed to play for us.
