I don't know if it's common knowledge who's developing the stadium, but I know it's not Hillstones. It's a company that has built a couple of stadia before.

Hillstones may be involved in the construction of the apartments and such, the redevelopment of the stadia will be done by a specialist building contractor

someone akin to multiplex (but hopefully can build it on time!)

I know I was going to post something like the above. But Sheridans World was getting at the fans like Chickers cough cough, who switched to the paddock this year just in the offchance that they will be moved into the Chaddy or Main Stand when the Lookers is demolished!

Woah, that was part of the idea, but when most of the people ya sat with move then it make sense to move, as it is there are about three regular people who are left in the chaddy, and most are in the paddock now!

i enjoy the paddock anyway, the girl who serves me coffee is far nicer than the ones in the chaddy anyway!

I'd just like to add to that, that we've built a team who work hard and know what they're doing and, whilst people might not think so, the chatroom has to be monitored in the same manner as the rest of the site.

whats the difference between bob (as an example) and any of the other members??

he loves the club, he is a supporter, he has filled in the pre qual message, he is a regular poster, why not let him have capabilities to open the chat room on the rare occasions that there is not a mod online??

why not let bob or one of the other overseas users become an admin, then they can open the chat room

Thank you for your comments in support of Oldham Athletic’s recent planning application.

As a Member of Parliament I am not in position to get too closely involved with planning applications, as planning matters are a quasi judicial process and all applications have to be approved or dismissed by the Planning Committee, consisting of local councillors.

However, I, along with the other two MPs in the borough, recently met with the Council Leadership to try and work towards bringing about a submission that will meet the concerns of local residents in Royton and also meets the expectations of the club.

My understanding at this stage is that a modified planning application will be presented to the Planning Committee on Tuesday the 11 December; I certainly hope this planning application will be more acceptable to all parties.
