  1. On another note, was that Ian Wright on the MK bench then???
  2. Exactly. So there is about 100 MK dons and 10,000 tranmere fans. Probably break even with a lot more number of fans.
  3. Over 10,000 there tonight for a game on sky and it was only £5 to get in. Just shows if its cheap enough crowds will come flooding in.
  4. Bang on the head there! And the simple fact is that we don't. PD has had more chance than any other manager in the league! He's been given money etc to assemble a good enough team but yet we are still stuck in the lower reaches of the league.
  5. It's the same old generic s**t that comes from PD now. On paper our team should be at least top 12 but somehow we are 19th? It's the players are not listening or he's unable to get the very best out of the players. Either way the table dosnt lie and we are where we are because of our performance.
  6. We are not exactly going to be in the championship any time soon though and bringing in 13,000 each game. 13,000 - 15,000 is a big enough stadium for us. We don't want to be in a massive stadium and only filling 3% of it (Darlington, gates 1,600 with a 22,000 seater stadium). Latics in a way must be getting something from this as the ground is owned by latics as previous posters have said.
  7. The Junction Inn pub will be hosting the Playershare Fifa 13 tournament on Sunday 9th Dcemeber with a 16:30 start. The winner will receieve a FIFA 13 winners trophy and also two match tickets to any HOME latics game of their choice. Entrance fee is £5 with all the money going to Playershare. You can register on the day. Registrations need to be in for 16:25 at the very latest. So come on down and prove your the best on fifa or just for a laugh!! Hope to see you there!!!!
  8. Why not? He can't be as bad as what we have been given at the moment (Perfromance wise). He done his chances no harm putting in a good performance against a very talented England side.
  9. Davies was prone to injury but still scored a few. A full season with us he would of easily have got 20+. O'Grady didn't do to much whilst he was here. Maybe because he wasnt given a fair crack at the whip. He is proven though as his records states. JJ is a love or hate player. At times he could produce brilliance at the highest order, and other times he was awful. There is no inbetween with him. He is rather excellent or poor. I'd have him still over Croft. We would still be in league one if we had these players BUT I do think we may be in the lower reaches of the championship if we had a different manager.
