    Greast signing. We now have Plan A ( push it out wide : Plan B ( over the top for the pace of Davies : and now the killer pass (KK). This is starting to look exciting.

    It appears from the OS that Wright did not go to Scotland with the rest of the squad. Stayed behind, so as not to risk getting injured whilst on tiral ! So you go on trial somewhere but don't play in case you might get injured. Strange.

    Prior to his signing, the club ran a poll amongst supporters asking the question " which centre forward do you want us to buy ", or words to that effect. Frank Large topped the poll by a mile, so management went and bought him. Now that's supporter power. In one of his appearances for us, he broke his leg after about fifteen minutes. Played the rest of the half, scored a couple of goals, and then had to be physically stopped from coming out in the second half.

    It's interesting ( maybe ) that the online version of the Chron is still at Friday sport. Makes you wonder if they know something is in the offing and are holding fire. Just a thought to post, makes a change from hitting refresh.
