With people writing things like "do they not have to be members to be part of the club where does all that money go" makes you realise they don't have a clue whatsoever!! This town needs this 2nd rate football team as someone nicely put it on the Chron website, or else it wouldn't have anything left to show for itself!! So pathetic the comments on there!!!

I understand that but we go bk to where in a reasonable distance from our current ground which is accessible like BP do you have 30 acres to build a ground? By all means if you know of somewhere we wouldn't be staying at BP and if you do tell the club!! I just think BP has the land and Capability to be become what blackpools ground is now!

Let's face it this is good for Oldham everyone has moaned about moving to failsworth, so when the club look at securing BP and using the money to build a new stand people start moaning.. GMR just confirmed that they have spoke to oafc and everyone has been paid and we havent sold the ground. Just people with nothing better to do than make things up. My friends, sons, brother knows a guy who once played football with someone whos lad now plays for latics, seems to have got his facts wrong!!

I think everyone needs a reality check regarding the team, yeah its great getting a good cup run but i would much rather have a decent league than to waste it just for the sake of the cup!!!! Being an oldham fan goin on 20 years people need to realise with the money floating around we cant compete to the highest level with only corney doing all he can to keep the club going! We could be in admin at the end of the season but to get that worked up about a game, which to be honest wasnt really a talking point anyway, people need to face reality and realise how serious the problems are deeper than the surface. You never know if we brought the way we support the team away to home we would have the best support around and am sure thr team would mirror that in performances!!! KEEP THE FAITH, STOP YOUR MOANING AND SUPPORT THE BOYS IN BLUE!!!
