Why a poll involving Wilson he has been one of our more consistent performers, Brown is a good defender but has little ability as a forward player, Wilson will be first choice right back this season he is an all round better player and will be a real asset my worry is Mills he has been poor since he has returned he will be very lucky to start Saturday and we may well see Elokobi in his favoured left back role, the performance at left back last night was shocking and he was lucky to reappear for the second half.

Probably the biggest downside of such an inept performance is the effect it will have on the gate.

Its easy to dismiss our chances based on this reasoning but plenty of teams have performed against far superior teams tonight, Doncaster, Forest, Liverpool and Everton held far better chances than us in the past couple of years but it doesnt matter once they cross the line, its 11 v 11 and you have to want it as much which to Boros credit we didn't.

Just looking back on the game its the first game in a long long time where not one player stood out even in defeat, if I was the sponser and had to name a home player to give it too even if it was for heart and desire I couldn't which is shocking.
