    It will tell us more but our last 4 aways of Donny, Notts C, Peterborough and Swindon is quite a tough run and to go unbeaten through them tells me we are making good progress, Id settle for 6 points out of our next 4 aways Chesterfield, Bristol, Sheff Utd and Rochdale.

    Oxley at home to Gillingham last season was a near on whitewash I think. Just had a look out of 59 votes cast he polled 58 Harkins picked up the other vote. Thats the biggest percentage of a vote ive seen anyone win.

    I would be shocked if the wage bill is anywhere near last seasons.

    We have a smaller squad wages appear to be the lowest paid in years yet we have nearly spent up ? we have pulled in £1 million on transfers out in the past year, we have sponsership agreements in place which we are told will take us to the next level yet we are skint ? Most of the squad are on peanuts as it is, ffp is a joke if anything it makes the gap between divisions even bigger, it doesnt add up to me.

    we took 700 to Donny after we had lost 3 and drawn 2 of our first 5 so 800+ is more than probable, quite a few who dont go away travelling Saturday so 1000+ isnt out of the question.

    Had a look at the Sports Direct shop in Rochdale the shirt looks very similar in quality to the away kit so be warned, quite like the hooded tracksuit top but at 43 quid I left it on the shelf, the grey/black polo shirt looked nice but that was 25 quid.

    I would be shocked if Philliskirk doesnt start 3 in 2 games should see him keep his place, think Wilkinson and Dayton will both miss out.

    This Saturday would of been a good time £10 adults kids for a quid. Not many league games in the area it may well have put a few hundred on the gate.

    My first pre season memories are game against Rochdale where the action on the pitch was matched with the action off it, it was in the 80's mind, didnt they play for the Rose Bowl or something like that ?

    You didnt go much last season then ? from December to February he was very poor not questioning his ability and potential but he wasnt comfortably our best footballer he was carried in a number of games.

    It is now the Northern section so we can draw either Preston Sheff Utd Bury Tranmere Notts County Walsall Doncaster Bury away would be my choice.

    Both would be equally satisfying to me, the fact we will sell out at Rochdale and only took around 800 to Preston and about the same to Tranmere last season shows you which one the fans want to be at.

    I find it amazing he hasnt had any game time up until last night especially as Kelly has struggled at times for me, he oozed confidence and had the ability to back it up, I fear we may go back to Kelly/Jones starting on Saturday but its certainly given the manager something to think about, Im sure he could also slot in at centrehalf his positional sense and awareness was spot on, I know its only one game in the JPT but as debuts go the lad could of done no more.

    Agree along with Dieng looked very assured thought Wilkinson barring the pen miss was a proper handful can we sign him please ?

    I used to, the reserve team has been done away with this season apart from the odd behind closed door friendlies.
