  1. no time to read all 7 pages so apologies if it's already been said but, as much as I'd love Trotman to stay £350-500k for a player who's only played a handful of games and is out of contract in the summer has got to be taken, especially after what happened with Porter. that said, why not offer him about between now and Thursday and try to push the price up?
  2. Hudds (A) 0-3 Leeds (A) Everton (A) Forest (H) Tranmere (A) it's a surprise anyone can co0me up with 5 games if the D&G'ers are to be believed!
  3. *****FAO Admin***** as much as I'm all for your new tough stance on mindless name calling and abuse of other posters you must agree that certain instances do justify it - could you implement something whereby you can flag certain posts to give us the green light to get stuck in when someone is undoubtedly spouting utter ?
  4. what? you'd feel better if you knew we'd missed out on a decent player?
  5. in fact, take Huddersfield out and we would've had United's number so we actually missed out on Arsenal at home
  6. wouldn't we have had to change our name to something beginning with "H" first though?
  7. todays Chron. loanees who wanted too much money - anyone know who they were??? also says hoping to have someone in for tomorrow night.
  8. I disagree. I think the who we're playing/what we're playing for seems to have more bearing on attendances than how we're playing.
  9. if he did go would Killer still get to take all the corners and free kicks?
  10. would you presume someone dressed in a Spiderman outfit wouldn't get involved aswell?
  11. stands to reason, doesn't it? i'd be worried if it wasn't Shez deciding who stays and who goes
  12. you were REALLY quiet compared to anyone else who's filled that stand in recent years - Wednesday, Leeds, City, even Blackpool!
  13. great idea - we've got plenty of cover up front. an emarrassment of riches some might say
  14. thought it was quite muted by his standards. thought he supported Sheff Utd???
  15. can I answer at the end of the season?
  16. it was, apparently, the end of the world when this lad got injured pre-season. he was gonna be the next big thing and become an integral member of the first team. he's been fit for ages now, we're not scoring goals and we've seen about 5 minutes of him - what's changed?
  17. the difference between Shez and Moore is that at least under Shez we've had some good times, played some good football and got some cracking results - Everton & Leeds away are up there with many peoples favourite aways and both games happened within the last 27 DAYS. yes there's been a lot of bad days to go with the good days but, we've got a good manager who can get it right and VERY right some of the time - he just needs to suss out how to get it right most of the time. i sometimes wonder if a lot of people on here are watching their first full season - it's never gonna be fast, flowing, rampaging football week in, week out. it won't be in the season we finally get up out of this god forsaken division either - ask Swansea - lose to non-league Havant one week, win 4-0 away at megabucks promotion rivals the next! get a grip!
  18. fans whinging too much at home games, people having a pop at certain players affects them, boo boys this, boo boys that etc, etc...... nothing but 100% backing today and we were still sheite. (and I speak as someone who AGREED with Shez in having a go at our less intelligent fans)
