    ahh , on reflection, good luck to him. always came across as a decent lad whenever I spoke to him. when we got him again this time round I thought he'd be the player to get us promoted, 2 years more experienced than last time round but, let's be honest, he's been good but not GREAT. Tranmere and Leeds are the only truly outstanding performances that spring to mind. just wish it wasn't Leeds. hate them with a passion. horrible club. horrible manager, horrible fans.

    the logic in him taking another loan deal rather than a permanent one. obviously wasn't happy with the permanent options on offer I suppose.

    sickening. can't see the logic from Kilkenny's point of view. unless it means he can stay on the wages Birmingham are/were paying him (with Leeds covering it all) rather than take a cut by coming to us or Doncaster? then get a permanent deal somewhere in the summer?

    even if we did, they've not let him play in any other cup games so far. might want to see how he fares against prem opposition though, maybe?

    from an monetary point of view £100k does seem a massive, massive bargain. don't know if it's even possible but, if we were to match what Doncaster are offering it's surely got to be a good investment?? could easily get £500k to a million for him in the summer, couldn't we? he's not overly injury prone and we'd have also him insured I assume.

    as much as we'd all give our right arm to be footballers it is, at the end of the day, another job. have you got the interests of your company at heart?? i haven't. i'll turn in everyday and do my best but if a better offer comes along I'll be off. and I'll always be looking for one.
