BLUMAX
Got a feeling Livermore will be the Kalala-like replacement and Jarrett in for McDonald. A ball playing midfielder as well as those and we'd have a pretty mean looking midfield next season. If its "mean" you are looking for I wonder if the Wendies are releasing Graham Kavanagh. Natural winner, experienced, just what we are looking for?
ceskylatic
Yep,I wont be sorry when/if JP leaves for pastures new.A player with limited abilities who was better utilised in backs to the wall matches away from home,as mentioned the Everton game for example.Very similar to his predecessor Rocastle who IMO also was not good enough for us.(evidently not good enough for Port Vale either!) leezyverpunk
Good luck JP - not really worked for him here has it? Sposed to have been very good at Warnie's Tractors but didnt show anything here!
OldhamSheridan
Is Yantorno still signing from Gretna? That would be one of the two replaced. Bung in Jarrett and we'll have made improvements on the midfield overall. I can't see Jarrett asking for too much, just first team football. I'd be surprised if he got anything above our level. UpTheLatics
JP showed a few glimpses of his actual ability, but he just never got a chance; then again, I don't think his style of play met Shez's style. Like Macca, I think there's better options. I think he'll have no problems finding a new club, though. Good luck to him, too Ah well, at least it's freeing up the wage budget a little more. RoytonBlueLad
So it's almost summer and we're signing midfielders again As long as we get no Moussa Dabo types I'll be happy.
flytrap
it'd be well worth breaking the bank for a player like Kavanagh. I remember him when he was playing for Cardiff in our division, an incredible midfielder.
BLUMAX
Is that the same person who is on loan from Sunderland? Wouldnt be surprised, the sort of player Keene would like in his squad, perhaps a bit too old for the Premiership? Perhaps they kept him on the books in case they went down, ideal man for a promotion drive.
