dean 1984
Very happy. We were the biggest spenders today and it's a shame the Watford captain turned us down near the end. lucky you enjoy your relegation battle
JohnnyPimp
At the beginning of the window most of us expected Hughes or Taylor or both to be leaving and it was all doom and gloom. Now that both of them are staying it's still doom and gloom for some folks. We've done well to keep both, regardless of the cicumstances or reasons for them staying. Jones is back to give Taylor a boost and although not too likely, a Gleeson or Kilkenny could join us in a week's time. A good transfer window? Most definately, yes. An amazing transfer window? No. We're still well placed for a top-six finish and that's where I expect us to be come the end of the season.
