andy_b_100
we have never ever ever been a team to do things the easy way ... like Leicester. We always leave it till the fat lady takes the final breath. We went up with the last kick of a game, went down on the final day of the season, Lost out in the first year of the play offs ...When second just wasnt good enough.....We have struggled been there or there abouts since then and made it so so difficult..... Its not over... not by a long chalk .... Its the Latics way to do it the hard way. We could win the final ten games ....... who knows??? this is Latics and should come with a health warning

Andy Gorton's picture could go on a box of matches.
garcon
Maybe there should be a disclaimer on every season/match ticket that says, "Your team may go down as well as up."

futchers briefs
Maybe there should be a disclaimer on every season/match ticket that says, "Your team may go down as well as up." Should it not say "regardless of how good/bad/crap/exciting your season may be, whose been your manager and whose played for you, your team will stay at this level!" Max Damage
We went up with the last kick of a game, If you mean to division 1 then it wasn't the last kick as we got promoted away at Ipswich. The last kick gave us the Division 2 title

martjs
Lost out in the first year of the play offs ...When second just wasnt good enough..... Actually (cough) we finished third... ...And you could have added "Lost the first ever play-off semi-final on the 'away goals rule' with the last kick of the game".... (F#*&*in Keith Edwards...) You should remember - you were stood right next to me...
