Yard Dog
Have tried to access Live Chat a few times today but when I click on the 'Live Chat' tab at the top (next to Boss!) I get thrown out of firefox altogether....never had this problem before. Anyone know what the problem is ? Thanks in advance.
Guest sheridans_world
I've not had a problem with firefox. I'd suggest making sure you are using the latest version (i'm on 3.0.7). Hopefully you'll already be running anti-virus software. I'd also try and download the latest version of java. If not use IE! I'll see if I can find anything else on this before you have to resort to this though!!
Matt
I use FF and I have no problems with either Latics World or Live Chat. I suggest that you update your Java platform http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp and hopefully you can continue to enjoy the services with Firefox. johnny punkster
its not a owtb chat problem, but the whole site. it just takes an age to load up,and scrolling around stutters uber slow. tried it both on ie and firefox-same results. no problems any other sites. servers ready to go bump again or does AH need some 50p coins? Matt
Fine here John, I've got green lights on cpanel. Usually when there's "stuttering" with scrolling its client side, I'd check your system over for any glitches...

Ackey
the problem now seemed to be just stuck with ie. firefox is blazing along . Sounds like it's you... not me! I'd suggest you use the programs that are suggested in here - if you don't already. 1. Run CCleaner to get all the excess :censored:e off your PC 2. Run Adaware and Search&Destroy to make sure you've not picked up anything which might be using up your resources 3. Run AVG/Anti-virus for the same reason 4. Update Firefox and IE (or don't use IE if you can help it) 5. Update drivers such as those for Java 6. Come back and ask again if none of the above gives you any luck. slurms mckenzie
I've recently got a Vista 64 bit PC. I've downloaded all updates - Java is up to date, both firefox and explorer are latest versions. When I try and get on live chat mine just says: "Sorry, your browser is not Java enabled, please visit our java support pages". Any ideas?
