Then Hughes and Allesandra taking us to the top of the league and looking like the perfect partnership. Allesandra being dropped. Hughes having Brett Ormerod as his strike partner. Hughes having Darren Byfied as his strike partner. Hughes having Dean Windass as his strike partner. Hughes having Steve Kabba as his strike partner. Then finishing the season with Smalley and Allesandra up front. No club in the history of football could have rotated and sold and got rid of as many strikers in a season as us.
