Frankly Mr Shankly
Poor at set plays yet again, who dreamed up Whitaker covering the back post against a strong six footer ? Poor, or possibly the opposition had several more 6 foot + players than us? I thought their deliveries were top quality and mostly put in dangerous areas whereas ours mainly hit the first man. Big difference.

All we need to do is sign Snow White and we could put on a cracking Christmas panto. Who knows.it could even better yesterday's performance. Too many high long balls yesterday. When we kept it on the floor and ran with it we scored.
leeslover
We are always small against higher level/bigger spending sides. Wolves in the Cup seemed to be about a foot bigger per man than us a couple of years ago, likewise Everton, Leeds recently etc. Clubs sign a good big 'un over a good little 'un, it's just life. Accept it.
slystallone
Too many high long balls yesterday. When we kept it on the floor and ran with it we scored. Here Here that man. The Plan A right through to Plan Z at the moment is pump it up to Abbott and let him do the best he can with it........ On the rare occasions we got it down & played we created the 2 Parker chances & the Abbott goal; there's a lesson in there if only someone looked for it eh??
