Absolutely I would, for a player who has started 0 first team games, scored 0 first team goals. Either he thinks he has already made it and wants more money or already feels he can do better than us, either way I would take 65K + add ons now. No - I genuinely believe that he has that something extra and could be a top player - I would urge him to sign a two year contract and continue his career progression at BP - 65k is way too low - the 20% is a gamble that we don't need right now.
