martjs
Fantastic little article about Killen in Tuesday's Guardian. SUms him up perfectly. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2010/ju...len-new-zealand Wasn't his mum a member of this board? Or maybe of thinking of the old Fishal one... Tommy_Fent
He was useless not because he was a rubbish footballer because he wasn't but because he was always injured which is hardly his fault, his goals per game ratio in his final season was 1 in every 2 games the only other forward we've had with a good record was Chris Porter (who was apparently also lazy), then again if this board is anything to go off Danny Whittaker is a better player than Richie Wellens and Kelvin Lomax is better than Neal Eardley
OldhamSheridan
[/b] I think its FIFA's attempt to make it a worldwide cup and not dominated by European nations. It's votes isn't it. Bribe the lesser nations with qualification (or this season, the World Cup) and you get their equal vote to good or rich nations secured and keep your job as being in charge of FIFA.
