If you're right ....good luck, seems a good bet. Quote

On VictorChandler.com for those, its around 528/1. I've gone for (all to win, in bold): Bradford City v Nottingham Forest Carlisle United v Huddersfield Town Exeter City v Ipswich Town Leeds United v Lincoln City Leicester City v Macclesfield Town QPR v Port Vale Shrewsbury Town v Charlton Athletic Wycombe Wanderers v Millwall 140/1. Playing it a bit safer Quote

opinions4u Posted August 11, 2010 Posted August 11, 2010 I used to be sixth form bookie. I'd get down to Ladbrokes on a Tuesday evening, pick up the Saturday football coupon, take it home and retype my own coupon, shaving the odds slighty (e.g. 4/7 would be 8/15, 3/1 would become 11/4 etc). I'd then collect bets Wed-Fri and cover them all with a smaller stake (that would cover the accepted bet if the results came in) down at Ladbrokes on the Saturday morning. Guaranteed profit for me whatever the outcome, drunk in the pub that night. One week I forget to cover the bets though, and at 4.40pm on the Saturday I was staring at a £500 loss, which probably would have ended my enterprise. Fortunately Plymouth came from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 with goals in the 89th and 90th minute at Walsall. Very, very lucky escape! Quote
robboman Posted August 11, 2010 Author Posted August 11, 2010 For tonight: Sheff Utd Reading Cardiff Germany Holland England Holland Sweden Czech Rep Northern Ireland (unsure on this one though!) Argentina Czech Rep Argentina Reading Germany Brazil Ghana odds for each of the 3 are around 50/1 Quote
