Try again

 

If not I'm stumped as it's ok for most.

I am the same as you. Paid a full years subscription, to keep getting same message as you.Contacted customerservices@performgroup.com , who told me to try various options, in the end told them to cancel the subscription and refund the money!

If you mean for Chat send Wardle a PM - he might have messed your grouping up when you stopped being a Mod.

Yeah @manshaw, I was meaning Live Chat. Don't know what I'd do without LaticsPlayer too, of which I have never had a problem.
