opinions4u
Interesting! England boss Fabio Capello has made Cardiff striker Jay Bothroyd one of four new additions to his squad for Wednesday's friendly against France. Also called up for the first time are Newcastle striker Andy Carroll, Jordan Henderson of Sunderland, and Manchester United defender Chris Smalling. Macca
Fabio is laughing at us while he cashes in on the FA's failings. That is a crazy squad.
Crusoe
Looks a good squad to me. Eye on the future and all that. Bothroyd is the only really odd choice in it.

My sentiments exactly, he should know what some of the more experienced players around are capable of. The likes of Henderson, who has impressed at times for the Mackems and Bothroyd, who has some quality (whether he has enough I'm not sure), could surprise people. Carroll is an obvious choice for me, the only problem is does this affect his bail? Plus, the way he's been going he's going to be spending time at Her Majesty's before England ever win a world cup.
