PlayItLivo
Barnes, Jay, Spurdle and now Naylor. They're dropping like flies at the minute.
Diego_Sideburns
Bill Naylor was the right back when I first started watching Latics, and then he bacame centre half. He played over 220 games and was always calm on the ball. There can't be many players who get two testimonial games like him. R.I.P. Bill. We must have started going about the same time; he was at right back when I first went too. He was a laid back sort of player long before the phrase was invented. How many of that era are left now? Very few, I would imagine. RIP Bill. Condolences to your family.

No, but George Burnett would have been in goal and probably Archie Whyte in the defence.
