opinions4u
Martin Atkinson at Boundary Park next week?
LaticsPete
Referees were, I thought, told not to give anything they didn't see. If Atkinson had followed that then all the fuss wouldn't have happened. No need for goal line technol;ogy yesterday if ref had made a decision based on the fact that he didn't (couldn't) see the ball cross the line. In one sense he was dishonest . Certainly needs taking off the top list.
opinions4u
The only defence I can give him is that the ball was off the ground. So it's possible that he saw the line his side of the ball. If so, maybe his 3d vision is faulty (15% of people see 2d). Regardless, Terry fouled everybody charging in to the six yard box so Spurs should have had a free kick. Would have hoped refs did get sight tests!!
