But perhaps they should.

 

They usually get a fine of less than their insurance premium.

They get a driving ban, the fine for driving without a licence is up to £1000. Which you can get if your photo card has expired. Driving without insurance is a very catchable crime too

 

I think we should adopt the Finn's policy of fining people amounts related to their earning.

He's been done for speeding a couple of times.

 

Insurance.

 

An Argie licence can be used over here but a British test must have been passed within the first 12 months of living here, he didn't do this.

 

He was then banned from driving.

 

And then was caught driving while banned.

 

They should have thrown the book at the little herman munster headed rat. :England:
