Magic Mikey
The club have come out and said Simpson wasn't offered a new deal. Simpson acting like he was holding out for a big deal, this was never going to happen he has been very poor for the wages he is reportedly on. He wasn't offered as we have all seen his poor performances this season. 13 goals in 80 appearances is shocking. With the relative trajectories of the performances of Simpson and Millar, coupled with the financial benefits, I am more than happy with the decision. Lookers_Carl
Wish him all the best wherever he ends up and thank him for some decent memories, but agree with the majority on here that the wage is better spent elsewhere. To add to that, its not enough to just turn up for the big games. We need players who are just as up for a Tuesday night away at Crawley town as they are for a big cup game against Liverpool.
