COMPANY: MID Properties Retail Ltd (O2 Retail & B2B Partner) MID Properties Retail Limited is now seeking accomplished, Telesales Executive to sell a portfolio of O2 products and services to support our rapidly expanding business. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated, driven individuals to join our professional sales teams. As a key member of the team, working within our contact centre, you will be targeted on O2 sales leads based upon requirements set out by the company. You will be required to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas on KPI driven targets. We are looking for ambitious and experienced Telesales Executive to join our team in our Royton Contact Centre. This is a full time opportunity. Immediate and flexible start dates are available. This role would suit candidates with experience in: Contact Centre Sales, Contact Centre Advisor, Retail, Customer Service, Utility and Telecommunications Sales Duties and Responsibilities Exceed monthly or annual KPI targets through telesales. To deliver optimum performance. Identifying + driving multiple sales opportunities. Emphasizing service or product features and benefits. Making appointments for the Field Sales Team. Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system Maintain and expand the database of prospects of the organization. Participating fully in training sessions, meetings, skill building and development workshops. Attend sales group meetings regarding daily/ weekly/ monthly sales figures and KPIs. Liaise with/ report to Sales Manager to determine essential strategic approaches for sales. Handling customer complaints and communicating the resolution with the related departments. Compliant with O2 processes and procedures. Coordinating customer experience and ensuring the delivery commitment to clients is met. Skills and Specifications Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and strong organisational skills. Should be knowledgeable in CRM software solutions. Highly proficient level computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Excellent telephone sales personality skills. Highly energetic and self-starter. Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities. Should be honest, assertive and reliable. Better than 3 weeks of dole money! There are people who have managed to go a full year without ever being let loose on a customer.
