Dour, cynical, passionate, opinionated and wears his heart on his sleeve - just like 99% of the fans Next season will be much different to this but whatever happens I prefer to have someone who genuinely has affinity and loves the club rather than someone rolling up with a PR booklet or a degree in bull:censored: around tactics, training etc. He's kept it simple, organised the defence via Shirtliff and got the team playing in a way the fans love - get the ball in their half, nearer their goal as possible, create chances and score!
