Another week, another visiting team playing like it's a cup final and once again our players can't deal with it. Onwards to Tuesday.

I'm sorry but with the money spent and the supposed firepower at our disposal, it would be a disgrace and embarrassment if we failed to reach the play offs. Also, the current weak mentality of the team will see them knocked out of it at the first attempt if we make them. Unless we change.

I keep banging on about it but I think a major reason as to why they can't play attractive football on the floor is because they just genuinely shit themselves when some oaf in the main stand starts barking at them. You could see it last night with a few of them, and it has been the same throughout maybe the last 4 seasons. It sounds pathetic but they're just not mentally strong enough. Combine that with a hungry, pressing pub side and we just get dominated. There isn't a quick solution to this. We've been beaten and kicked around for so long that the fan mindset in and around the ground will be radically different to nearly every side in the surrounding divisions. The only other one I can think of is Bradford.

It’s not great that whatever they had been working on in the last 10 days just absolutely failed under its first test.
