    Hopefully with the shackles off the media team actually start producing some content. The output has been so weak - they’re obviously understaffed so will cut them some slack… but there are some easy wins they are missing out on.

    Been some people FAR too giddy thinking we'd piss this league. We can't even get near our once League rivals Mansfield fucking Town. This takeover needs to happen ASAP. It's going to be a horrifically bumpy start to the season - and anyone deciding to travel to Torquay is quite literally insane. Shez and the new board obviously need time but we need to see the wheels on the improvement front start turning very soon.

    The Mansfield game could be brutal... they've been strong in pre-season and just put three past Sheffield United. Have we ever gone into a new season winning no pre-season friendlies?

    A few injuries and these are what we have in reserve... If this takeover goes through the rebuild is going to require patience and a LOT of building. We don’t have the depth nor consistency to even trouble the top half.

    I was really hoping they'd just stay silent and make no more shit promises. As much as I love the bloke Shez isn't the one to lead us back to the holy land that is L2. He nearly tanked Chesterfield in similar circumstances. On the flip side though, who on earth would take the job if he doesn't want it? In a dream world we get new ownership and persuade Wild to come back... a penny for his thoughts right now.
