The same way an estate agent is, you look at the market. It's just a guess on what is happening at the time. Don't forget they had forensic accountants employed to look at the mess and when you take all that into consideration you come up with a number

Well done Bolton fans. Thanks for the support, shows fan pressure works again. -
Keep contributing Basil, experience is invaluable at this time. Your contributions are welcomed by the thinking majority.

Well if they do they haven't been making a very good fist of showing it. And are they commited to providing such a facility as they are having to develop X amount of new dwellings by whenever. New houses bring economic development to an area as well, 365 days a year and attract new business as well.

problem being that if they put a CPO on it, they can use it for whatever they have identified as priorities for the Borough. Would that be a sports complex or housing?

I suggested in another thread that it may be set up as a CIC and looked at the tax situation, but it is all a bit vague, as charities and CICs are all subject to tax, but these can be offset, not registered for tax, how the money is accrued, etc from my understanding. It's a tax accountant that needs to give the advice I think, or ask Rishis Mrs what is best.

Mr Motivater being optimistic again, I see. -
I never understood how the ROC was allowed to participate in the Olympics, If you are Russian and banned, what does it matter if you are seen as clean? Surely a ban is a ban. Whilst I don't really trust any high performing Olympic team, Russia is a govt sponsored doping project who have no respect for true competition,

Correct. Thats why it is not common knowledge in Wigan and an obfuscation. -

A Wigan Sheesh is four pies as they have to take a break because of the pie sweats and the word shit comes out that way. Wiganers dont care who the doner is as long as they get the pie. I have posted before about how Wiganers calling themselves an pie eaters is just an obfuscation and nothing to do with the amount of pies they eat. If you want to know the real reason just ask. -

Jeeez, that was Nouveau Cuisine back then. You were being a pioneer. When did you first spot a baguette in Oldham? Did you tell people it's the future -
What are you listening to at this moment?

Just speculating, but there may be longer term plans if Mo pisses off and a DOF is required. As usual we don't know what's going on behind the scenes.
-
Or Shez is having a bigger influence, we will have to see who takes over his role.
-
I'm putting this to bed having given the correct information.
-
Well. Can I not provide correct information, or express an opinion on something that is incorrect and which you were happy to post about without knowing the facts. It doesn't matter how far over the limit you are if you are over the limit. That we both agree on I think. If I caused offence by being sarcastic, I apologise. It is something I feel strongly about.

At police headquarters, testing equipment gave a result of 131, where the legal limit is 35. Ref: https://www.three.fm/news/isle-of-man-news/former-footballer-handed-suspended-sentence/ The legal alcohol limit in England, Wales and Northern Ireland for driving is 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood or 35 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. Ref: https://www.met.police.uk/advice/advice-and-information/rs/road-safety/alcohol-drug-driving The drink drive limits are the same as on mainland UK. Ref: https://www.rhinocarhire.com/Drive-Smart-Blog/Drive-Smart-Isle-of-Man.aspx#speedlimits Sounds the same to me as it says he tested on equipment at the police station and not that he took a blood test by a dr Whatever

Oh, thats alright then! Obviously he wasnt aware that he would be over the limit
-
Jesus, thats is pissed. Maybe thats why he was asking for reminiscences for a new book. To give him something to do if he got sent down.
-
5 years, how many times has he been done? Or doesit go on the reading?
