    I’m not in the camp of sack Mellon but I’m beginning to lose patience with the way he sets up and plays. His recruitment has been poor. since the Rothwells took over the football has been criminal. Do we need to recruit a sporting director to help out?

    I was looking through some previous messages I had with a footballer who has played a considerable amount of games in the championship. We discussed Norwood in August he said he can’t score if nobody is feeding him. Think he’s bang on with that.

    We must have gone through 9 different centre midfielders this season but some how Nathan sheron outlives them all. again another woeful performance. Scared to control the ball and just aimless hoofing. compare to their number 20 who ran their midfield

    No boos from the boo king but I’ve been there previously and understand the frustration of fans.

    thought the reaction at the end was unjustified but I can see why. We live in one of the poorest parts of the country and fans work hard for the money to travel. The team turn up when they want like last week. We’ve been here year after year witnessing fuck all. Mellon says he wants a team to represent Oldham. RIP it up and start again because we are far from a team which represents the values of the fans
