This is a complete shambles. 6pm the day before and we don’t know if it’s going to be played.
Seems like there has been disagreement with certain areas of Yorkshire not wanting to host us.
Got sent this. All beer and catering been done. Waiting to be shipped to the new venue. Apparently being told today where it’s being played at but it’s not Halifax.
One of my mates lads who plays for the younger sides have been told the academy is to be scrapped.
wirh the amount of money In the game surely there is funding for every full time club to have an academy.
Build the midfield around Lundstram, find a player like Gardner who can stay fit. Find a player similar to Mcgahey who can sit, pass and wants the ball.
the midfield has looked a lot better without the anti footballer Sheron in there.
Just listened to Mellons interview, he seems proper fed up. Panned the recruitment having to play players in wrong positions. Really needs to be asked about how recruitment has been done the last 18 months
I don’t actually think we were bad yesterday. First half was very even. Shocking defending by Sutton by not stepping up and failing to clear the ball.
second half we were brighter had all the ball but could not put it in the net. We are seriously lacking pace and a number 10 to create chances.
I know it’s easier said than done but once we knew he was getting close to triggering a contract I would have dropped him completely.
we cant be going into next season with him as our starting centre back.
These are pretty shite at the back struggled when Wealdstone went long. However their attack is fast and pass really well. Really like Conn Clarke arguably the best player in the league and will be playing league one football next year.
Had a bit of time to think we weren’t going the season without another horror show. Hopefully that is now out of the system and we now go 5 wins in a row.
feeling positive after seeing former Oldham player Jacob Blyth at Heaton park. It brought back the dark days of Keith Curle
