Anything but a win is a disaster for our play off push. Teams around us playing each other. We are 1 win 7 time to turn it around.

Altrincham have hit their bad form and now come out the other end and will easily finish in the play offs. hopefully we will come out of ours on Saturday. we need 4 wins. Dagenham fylde Oxford and Wealdstone (who are on Saturday Tuesday Thursday) should see us over the line. i do think Gateshead will be the team to drop out.

We were discussing this in the ground, I don’t think he’s a wing back. His best games have been as a left back with someone in front of him.

Said on the earlier thread chesterfield are nothing special and are dodgy at the back. we dominated the game and needed to take one of the chances after half time. Disappointed we did not see out the game. Error for the first and the second a dubious penalty. However that performance sets the standard for the remainder of the season. next week is must win no excuse

Watched chesterfield about 5 times this season on TV but not really been impressed. They pass it around well and are clinical when they get a chance. But they look dodgy at the back. Dorking put 4 past them. bonus for us they don’t really press from the front. if David unsworth’s Oldham athletic can go to chesterfield and get a result Micky Mellon can get one at home. the attitude of these players need to change stop sulking around the pitch get it down and play some football.

Aldershot 4th at home in the form table but recently been spanked by fylde 5-0. They were hopeless at our place and thought they would go down. good players in Tolaj and Stokes. Id probably start Fondop as he enjoys playing down south. The next two games are massive. If we win both we are firmly in the driving seat for the play offs. Fail to win both I fear dropping out.

How else are they suppose to make money. They have running costs, such as insurance Microsoft and a website which they were signed into before anyone was elected. being able to read meeting notes should be a privilege for members.

I think we will be pushing the £400 mark if we go up. £370 if we are in the same league. the club have been able to offer finance in the club shop so hopefully have something lined up.

But that’s not down to Mellon….

Yeah I’m finding it very bizarre. The away games with 300 are positive.

Sat with the Athleticos last night brought about 8 lads down there as well. I’ve been critical of the atmosphere but they have a right battle to get fans going. atmosphere started off well, fans got bored and ended up fighting each other. Was like a royal rumble at one point. Plenty like to stand with them but just prat about. cameron even had to stop drumming to sort them all out.

Seems like the plan is 10am meet in upsteps, train and sit in Mcaffertys all day watching the first day of Cheltenham

We aren’t going to drop the three centre backs. It keeps us strong at the back. I think only Bromley and Halifax have conceded less.
