The thing that frustrates me most is that Furman is playing as a centre half for periods of the match cause he comes so deep, but its not like he turns and drives us forward. It either goes back to Cisak or a defender! Your the captain, time to step up Dean.

Looking at our subs, we must have the weakest squad in the league, that isnt down to money, we are still a defender, CM, winger and striker short. Obviously we wont sign 4 players now. People are saying its 2nd game, calm down but thats not the point, its Dickovs 3rd season and we have looked a decent team for about 5 months in total.

The last pacy striker we signed (Josh Parker) ended up playing right back. Please Dickov, play people in their positions this season.

If we dont sign anybody then i expect the same 11 to line up as today. There is no way we are going 433. Putting Simpson out wide is suicidle and it didnt work last season. Dickov will stick with 4411 and 442.

I posted about this in the thread about Miguel. Did it last season with Fernandez and now the same. Only get players on trial we know we can sign! Now we are left short. If Dan Taylor is starting against MK i will be quite worried.

I think Dickov needs to get a priority and stick to it. If we genuinely want to challenge for playoffs - which isnt impossible then we need to forget cups and play kids. But if we are happy for mid table then go all out for the cups, especially JPT. Knowing Dickov he will just do same as last season.

Basically what i meant was give them August and if it doesnt work we can always get someone on loan, or even a free agent. There is thousands looking for clubs so wont be that hard, especially near deadline day. We didnt get Kuqi til end of August. Hope that makes it clearer for you.

The only problem i have with this is what happened last season with that Fernandez. I dont wana be playin Rui in all these games if he will just disappear next week. On topic, i would sign him tomorrow! Seems a real good player. Reminds me of Morais but less skill and a lot cleverer(seems to have a footballing brain.
