I've got to say(sorry Alan), I'm not with the Lidds out brigade, I think he is the best ball player we have though his legs will probably let him down over 90 mins if he plays as an out an out winger. However in the hole behind the front two or as a sub I think he'll bring a lot to the squad. He brings more dimensions to the squad so in my opinion and (my opinion only) will be at least on the bench and will make a significant contribution to our impending promotion season.

actually it was chalkie not choccy - but it is all a throw back to another era!!!! How amusing is this thread You support the club, you have a shirt that is current with an out of date sponsor on it If this is a problem next time you buy a shirt ask specifically for one without the sponsors name on or don't buy a shirt if you don't want to take the risk? Buy a nice Carlotti polo shirt instead

I agree here everybody moans when a celebrity, politician or somebody in the limelight is perceived to have had special treatment or got away with something you or I wouldn't have done yet when they are treated in the same way we seem to have an issue with this as well - You can't have it both ways unless you want an old Russian style legal system where "everybody is equal but some are more equal than others" Again I don't know the full detail re Barto's case but it does look like he took responsibility for what he had done by pleading guilty
