Nope! House is a bomb site as we need to move out by end of April and we've already started to pack etc .........
So for moving you start planning over 2 months in advance, but you can't get to a pub, train station or football ground on time?
-
I've choosen us to meet at the Technical because it's near my house (although technically it's the Coach and Horses)
You won;t have time to come to the pub. You'll be too busy prepping our pie and pea supper
-
starting again
-
Time are people aiming for the pub...?
Cheeky midday pint at The Horlborn Whippet centrally (on our way) and then at The Technical for 1pm?
-
I live in West London and work in Canary Wharf. I've made my bed.
Slash works for a Private bank and lives in the Suburbs - he's upper class!
It's a hell of a long way to travel to be a shoe shine but you do it with good grace...
-
I'm a definite no for this one. The Hamlet are at home.
Even if you go to the Hamlet first, can we still pop round for pie and pea supper afterwards? Tis a Sat'di after all*
*no blue Italian lager bottles allowed
-
Technical for me before the game, Coach and Horses really is the pits
This is where we went last year isn't it?
The coach and horses has had its time. Andy just likes breaking all the rules.
Blue lager. BLUE ITALIAN LAGER. BLUE ITALIAN LAGER IN A BOTTLE!!! Deary me

if this is true, perhaps he can ask his solicitors to define the terms 'trust representative', 'fans representative', 'regret' and 'we do things properly around here'. It might help us when we plan for the future.

Out of interest, my ticket arrived yesterday and I noted that we're in the Gordon Road stand, as opposed to the Brian Moore scaffold. That's the seated stand to the right [as you look at it] from the open end we're normally in. Probs for the best given the weather.
Do we need tickets?! I remember going to the ticket office last year early doors as there was some issue with either advanced tickets/no cash at turnstile... Can't see anything about it being all ticket on website and I don't want to get locked out given our MASSIVE away following

Fair enough. Didn't show up on national rail last night. Probably user error12:37 London Victoria [south Eastern Trains]
12:53 Bromley South
13:07 Longfield
13:11 Meopham
13:22 Rochester
13:24 Chatham
13:38 Gillingham (Kent)
51 mins!

No £40 a month it's a :censored:ing outrage!
Outrageous. 1234 out of victoria takes 1hr 10.
1304 takes 50 mins. I vote for this one
See you all around midday*
*ill be late so around 1215-1230 ;)
-
5. ALWAYS stay till the full time whistle - apart from at MK Mongs.
Some of us stayed for that one. It's a rule that cannot be broken
-
I'm easy, I'll probably meet you ruffians at Victoria, may as well as obviously the trains are free!
Don't they cost you £30 per month now?
-
We can go and sing the Boundary Park Alert song though...!
And the "We want Owen out" song alongside "Sack the board"
-
I'm at a loss
For every fixture we would normally go to, we support a local club. Go to the football and have a few beers. It'll still be fun. Just different and nowhere near the same
-
Is our favourite PC coming to the game?Supposely the Met games usually a good excuse to abuse the Police.
When ever a Dulwich player was fouled they all sing "He fell down the stairs..."
-
can it sayScolly we're going to need a banner if we do go to Gillingham!!
'This is a test of the Boundary Park alert system'
-
St Georges Tavern by the passport office is good. Bag o'Nails also ok
Pheonix Tavern's good too. And Chimes is a good cider pub round the back in pimlico
-
That's the one for me too! Plus there's a healthy sized M&S there which stock GL by the box behind the tills!
Raggy - if you're reading this let me know your plans for coming down dude!
There's got to be later trains than that too. Why spend 2 hrs in gillingham before kick off? Madness...

At the final whistle I sat totally still. Shocked at what we had all seen. I'm not sure that's ever happened before.I like your logic, job in PR beckons for you I think, if you expect any fan to clap that shower of :censored: off yesterday and not vent frustration your in need of help I stand by what ive said and I agree 100% with any fan who had words with any player yesterday, just out of curiosity what did you expect fans to do then ? Dont blame the fans for the toxic atmosphere blame the oneson the pitch who pulled on a blue shirt and didnt give a :censored:.
As LJ got to the front of the stand I clapped.
It takes balls from him to come and apologise. It takes balls for players to come over and clap the fans despite what they served up. When you've had a bad day, it makes you feel better and ready for another day when people encourage you. They've another game on Friday. They need encouragement not abuse.
-
Every cloud has a silver lining then, although any dummies probably need sending in to the club think the players spat theirs out today
Dare I suggest that you and your group at the front trying to get a whole stand to sing
'We've come a long way for f*ck all' followed by
'This is embarrassing' followed by
'We want our money back'
Might also be described as 'spitting your dummy out'. The Athelticos have done a lot for improving atmospheres this season but taking the praise when it goes well includes recognising a responsibility to not try and stir a toxic negative atmosphere when things are going badly.
Ah but, of course, it's just people who stand near you who sing negative songs. Not ALL the people stood at the front. I guess the guy who ran 10-15 yards across a row of seats to abuse James Wilson at the end was also someone who 'stands nearby'...
That's the thing. It's a game. You win some you lose some. The fun is that you don't know the outcome when you pay your £20. If we'd won 7-0 would you offer the club more money for giving you additional entertainment?
-
It was good to see you all and a pleasant day out until the match...
But Christ latics were awful
Good to see you too matey. Perhaps next time you can bring some Belgian beers that you like!
-
I don't see no ring on this finger, girlfriend.
You're very vocal for someone who won't even entertain the idea of coming.
I've heard that there's a slim chance of Paul Murray making a guest appearance*. Coming now?!
*not a chance. We've now got Dean Holden
-
And now?
You're going to come aren't you?!
Go on... you love a last minute visit to MK
