for me the team would be:
brill
lee hazell mvoto evina
taylor jones stephens alassandra
furman
tounkara
I think the formation would both stifle the attacking threat posed by hudds but also maximise the the threat of our own attacking threat. I think it also gives plenty of options to change the game with the players on the pitch (if needed). I think the back 5 is the strongest we have at the minute.
The middle of the park sees taylor in the position he's had his best games in. I think jones is much more effective in the middle. He's no winger. Furman should be very dangerous playing in the 'hole' as he is creative and knows how to hit a loose ball.. It was a tough choice between feeney and tounkara but think tounkara can hold the ball better and bring the other atting players in the game. And feeney could come on against a tiring defence to change the game after an hour or so.
can't find much fault with that at all, but i'm not really a fan of playing only one forward, call me old fashioned if you like, and is there such a great need to change the formation? people seem to be really overreacting to the loss to accrington stanley

I'm one of the 4 so far who voted Citeh, but its only what would probably be my decision. Most of my family support them, so it would be the natural choice

it made me think of this

hahaha brilliant

Disagree i think he has and Taylor most improved player of the season alongside Dean Brill.
you've always been pretty poor at judging a player's ability
-
Agreed with everything said at Brentford Kieran Lee as stood out for me and am very suprised how long it took for people to see how good he his. I was gutted when he was not playing often and suppose thats one of the few positives of Dave Penny getting hi into the game.
he has played well in an attacking sense but he's made a fair few defensive mistakes, some leading to goals. He's not been the player of the season so far

Tough one...........

What's going on with this guy? .. anonymous performance again tonight, his head is definitely not right.
Where's the aggresion we used to see from him?
Pity we're so short of quality strikers at the moment because there's a place up for grabs.
darren bent deserves a proper chance and has done for years

Proberly been asked many times before was in the pub last week when it was suggested about having a trip over there sometime in new year. Just wondered if anyone here had any sort of contact details with any of the lads over there about decent accomodation, pre match drinking etc?
why don't you just ask fent, wozza or me?

Man City fans you lucky lucky buggers your season just gets better and better
With my dad and my sister being citeh season ticket holders this means i'll be using their season tickets to my benefit for this game. could be seen as dishonest but its so expensive to come and watch the footie these days

a far greater investment in the coaching of young english players, a greater emphasis on technical ability, rather than a need to win at that age. England probably won't win a world cup or european championship in my lifetime unless this happens.

Sven Goran Eriksson and Martin O'Neill in frame to replace him...http://leicestercityfootballclub.com/
ridiculous decision i think

if he on trial dickov must be looking at him he was a good player and only in his 31 its his last chance salon for him.
Windass shouldnt have signed for us he was a old man on his legs LOL
You oldham fans are never happy.
last chance salon?!

is there anyone driving home from sheffield wednesday away, who is driving back through glossop and has a space in their car?

I have been impressed with the energy and industry of midfield. Today in the first half and early into the second half we struggled to have an out ball. The bring problem seems to be that Taylor is always looking to come inside and not offer any width, this makes the whols thing congested. (For the record I also wish he would grow some and stop rolling around at every available opportunity). He is a good young player but seems to lack a football brain at times. The change to 4-3-3 changed the game so well done to Dickov - That would not have happened last year. We are forming the basis of a good side, but too much of our play runs into cul de sacs in the middle of the pitch. Get some chalk on yer boots and get some width.
I agree with what you're saying but he isn't a young player anymore and playing on the left of midfield and being naturally right footed, he will cut inside often.

left the ground in pain dragging his leg on the floor its very sad news.
dragging his leg on the floor? I guess it had been amputated then?

How much of a fan would you consider yourself?
A Superfan...home and away, even friendlies
Do you think there are certain things a Latics fan should never do?
never argue on behalf of the scum
How do you react after a defeat?
i have felt so bad that i have felt like i have lost a loved one
Whats the most important thing about the matchday experience the result or the day in general?
The result.......nothing else matters
If you were given £1,000,000 would you go and support your main rivals?
dont know....never will
Do you have a Latics tattoo?

sounds pretty sad to me

what's with the music to this video? about getting head and shagging girls..?! hahaha
-
Now I'm not trying to change anything or start any campaign here because as far as I'm concerned the music at Boundary Park is fine, but if you could request a song to run out to what would it be?
I'd have Underdog by Kasabian myself
dear me, I hate that song
