They did put shuttle buses on last time, I've now booked hotel as well for the Tuesday night
Another 4 of us have too!
We need to find a pub back in the centre to collectively celebrate our 9th away win on the bounce.

Very disappointed with the lack of proper ITK stuff of late.
Needs drastic improvement.

You can't blame Sutton having to play right back when he's a better centre back than the rest and will play in a higher division than Oldham in the future.
I know you were a scout so your opinion is more informed than mine, but if you think Sutton is better than Hobson, you need your head testing bud.

Imagine blaming Mellon for his team selection here?
That starting XI should still have been enough to brush a team like Hendon aside. And it was Mellon’s way of saying “if you believe you should be in a matchday squad, or better still the starting XI”, show me what you can do.
And the bottleless gets fucked it up (and Norman obvs).
As for the whole 352 vs 433/442 argument, the problem we have is Kitching is only decent as a wing back. He’s largely nullified, and exposed, as a plain and simple full back.
And as for the right hand side, we have neither.
Bring a RB, ST (and being greedy a RW) next week, I’ll remain confident of top 7. But I agree with @yarddog73, I’d rather finish 7th and try and beat Altrincham and Barney away before winning at Wembley

For me it’s the defensive side of his game that lets him down.
That’s cos he’s a wing back really and not a full back.

Sinnott is teasing us here…..
Tshimanga…

Looks a good one on paper this.

Doing alright at the moment, but will cost us in bigger games. We need an upgrade...
Hope he’s the last position were looking to upgrade on at the moment…

Secretly!!I am a sound guy We’ll almost certainly make the playoffs but I just don’t think that with the current squad we will be good enough to win them.
If we can add a couple of quality players then that could make all the difference!
I beg to differ…

There isn’t a cat in hell’s chance we’re paying a fee for Stones after a handful of appearances.

Hand on heart, one of the worst debuts I’ve seen from a player. He couldn’t control the thing.
Who’s this?

Him acting like a pubescent teen for the last half hour was comedy gold.
Tbf, if id played at his level and was now playing with a set of clowns like this lot, id do the same.

I think we are easily pleased tbh. I’ve slagged Sheron off for the last two years and after he bagged a brace last week I claimed he was the next De Bruyne.
We need to face facts. We have less than a handful of players who can contribute to a promotion winning side. That’s it. Massively imbalanced, uninterested players throughout, just shite.
Having said all that, genuinely, if we get two wingers and a centre midfielder that can dictate games, even with our limitations we will piss the playoffs.
And to those slagging Norwood. Fucking hell. Let’s bring back Paul Warne yeah?

What are a mess we’re in again, no idea of our best eleven and a complete lack of balance
We really messed up in the summer and this season really could be another write offI’ve already come to terms with that unless MM works some magic in the next month.

Wow
5 Centrehalfs
1 Fullback
1 Nathan Sheron who can't find a forward pass.
Leaving Norwood, Lundstrum and the debutant Stones doing the job of a front 6.
Awful imbalance to the squad and bringing in a striker seems just plain stupid given our midfield deficiencies.
If Unsworth named that 11 he'd get crucified.
I’ve just said the same fucking thing. I’m clinging onto this being Mellon’s way of showing the board what positions need reinforcing…

Recommendations for good pubs in Solihull. I’ve heard a few people say it’s actually quite a lively day out down there…

I don’t have my tickets yet either

And as much as McGahey has looked alright, it has to be Hobson and Raglan going forward.
Man though, we are desperate for players who can beat a man.

This is no criticism here of Mellon but this assessment of todays substitutions shows where we are at from a squad depth point of view:
Hope, he’s hard working, fit, plays narrow wide and has a goal in him.
No issue with Hallam, his graft at home to break down defences makes me think that he’s worth a start.
Willoughby, simply out of his depth at this level, he peaked in the division below as an out and out striker but his positive contributions for us are far outweighed by his lack of physical presence and the uncertainty as to what his best position is for us when he comes onto the pitch as a substitute, let alone, as a starter.
Hogan, I was completely bewildered at times by the expectation of him to play effectively in the right sided midfield / forward link despite his lack of finesse in that respect.
He should have just be the anchor at the back for us instead, with McGahey marauding forward if MM wants that type of impact from a defender pushing forward as McGahey is a far better passer of the ball than Hoges.
I haven’t got the slightest clue how anyone can make a judgement on Willoughby. He hasn’t had a sniff.

To be fair, he's not alone. The award winning podcast said, and this is a direct quote, "don't give it to Micky Mellon. Micky Mellon isn't the future of this club..."
