  1. Why not? it would be nice instead of London getting everything. We all know where it would go though if it ever happens.
  2. I wanna watch it probably sunday night because i highly doubt i will remember any of it due to drinking way too much beer!
  3. agree with that. Everton was class although i loved beating west ham in the league cup under dowie a truely great night.
  4. With the current squad i would say its touch and go. We lack in the most important area of the pitch in centre midfield imo. Allott does well but i dont think Whittaker isn't up to personally and maher is to much like Allott. So unless Shez finds somebody within the current squad or finds a gem when the loan market reopens then i'll have my doubts. But if he does, and does quickly then we could end up going into the playoffs the form team.
  5. I can't see it happening to be honest there is too much risk involved with it. We can get 80000 to one game but not that many people would go to it 8 times a season especially at the prices they are. I think 40000 would be about the average at best with 1 or 2 games which could get more. As for the players wanting to come over here it depends. If someone offers a £40 million contract i think most people would play anywhere so i wouldn't be so sure that would be an issue with the bigger stars maybe the reserve players would'nt be so keen but unless it happens we will never know. I'm sure they could get around the travelling and time difference maybe by playing 4 games at home and 4 away so there is not as much travelling involved. unless a teams relocates anytime soon then i cant see them expanding at the moment. they seem happy enough with current international series for the time being. Oh and i agree i wouldn't support any team with the name London in it. lets put it in the centre of the country for a change.
  6. I just about managed to stay awake till the finnish and was regretting it at half 6 this morning when my alarm went off! One of the best finnishes to a game iv seen and was worthy of being the superbowl. The Steelers were obviously the favourites going into the game and probably did just enough to win. You have to give it to Arizona though because at times they made the steelers defence look ordinary. Only if they didnt give away so many penaltys it could very well of been a different outcome. Its a shame that Boldin looks to be of this summer because him and Fitzgerald are by far the best 1-2 receiver combination in the league. Anyway another season over and now looking forward to free agency and the draft in april. only another 8 months to wait!!
  7. good thing the defence kept them from a TD. Still time off the clock though.
  8. Arizona need to cut these penaltys out. There killing themselves with them.
  9. no but you shouldn't be punnished for bad refereeing either.
  10. Definitly not a fumble. the steelers will still get the ball so only really affects feild position.
  11. I tend to be unlucky with the teams I support or follow. I was too young to appreciate the 'pinch me years' started following the NFL just after the broncos back to back superbowl wins and started following barcelona in 99 and they didnt win anythin for 5 years. pretty much suffered dissapoinment in my life regarding sport!!
  12. unless you quite enjoy the dissapointment of supporting teams that win nothing!! oh wait were all latics fans
  13. Denver Broncos, the less said about this season the better!!!
  14. Yep. In all fairness though they see a lot of the little stuff aswell such as holding of false starts. We could learn a lot from the way they go about the business.
  15. Probably the correct decision. It would be almost impossible for him to hit the ground as Fitzgerald was underneath him.
  16. i wouldn't like to call this. great play though!!!
  17. With Fitzgerald and Boldin id fancy them more than most.
  18. great play there. i think the cardinals are gettin into the swing of things now on both sides of the ball.
  19. It did a little. made up though by the special teams unit!
  20. Agreed. He might be getting on a bit but he still knows his stuff.
  21. what a pass!!! looks like this could be one hell of a game.
  22. Yep thats the one. Couldnt remember his name for the life of me. next years draft will definitly have some talent in it. There is talk of a lot of teams trying to trade down in this draft or completely trading out of the 1st round and gaining an extra 1st round pick for next years one.
  23. I would agree that the offenseive side of the draft doesnt match up to last years but id have to say the players on defence looks to have a few stars there. Also a lot of players decided to stay in college this year such as Taylor Mays, Brandon Spikes and the QB who i cant remember for the life of me what he's called now but he was predicted to go to the Lions with the 1st overall pick.
