Seeing as midfield is the problem at the moment Fleming Eardley Rubes Stam Lomax Taylor Hughes O'Grady Lewis Byfield Davies (recalled) Problem solved!

Just noticed that we didn't have a keeper on the bench on sat. Does anyone know who would have gone in on sat if Fleming got sent off (or went off injured)?

Agree with most of this. Felt a bit for Lomax, his defending was ok but he couldn't find a blue shirt with a pass all night. He needed one of the more experianced guys to go over and have a word to calm him down. As much as Crossley is a legend, ive thought for a couple of months he's legs are not up to it any more, too slow and cant jump. Time to take a back seat and coach the younger lads and play as back up to Fleming I thought Maher was decent tonight, Allott should be on the bench for a couple of games, time to give whitts and Maher a chance.

I think thats a bit unfair, Lewis was ok till he was subbed, the problem was the s**t service he and Hughes was getting

I thought Davies should have come on instead of O'Grady and Smalley should have come on sooner, they couldnt handle Taylor's and Smalley's pace at all

What a stupid post! so you judge a player on one game do you. im not saying Stam is better but your saying one game proves that one player is better than another
