  1. I feel sorry for the fans and I really hope they get everything sorted but is anyone else thinking- nab a few of the best players on the cheap before someone beats us to it.
  2. What do you mean he's gone to the pub with Gregan
  3. Dont let it get to you. Some people will never be happy and there is no point getting stressed about it
  4. Exactly, why do they NEED to come out. I dont know what all this crap about loyaty is. They are doing their JOB. You all act like they would be unemployed if they didnt have the honour of playing for Oldham.
  5. Yeah, I thought it might have copied over it the table format like on the website, oh well
  6. Here is the link instead of the full list http://www.goal.com/en-us/news/11/transfer...mer-bosman-2009
  7. "If you think I look bad, take a look at them lot on the pitch!" or "what do you mean, this isnt the new kit?" or "TAXI" or "Gregan, on the floor dont just hoof it up there"
  8. Its a disgrace! he knows nothing about football as he's been out of the game for a couple of years
  9. Yeah can see it now, must be my phone
  10. Went on the official site (mobile site) and their was a story about Allott getting a contract extention. Went back on a min later and the story has gone
  11. I think thats the key. You need that full match sharpness to really be able to see how good a player is. I would like to see him start for the last few games of this season.
  12. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/...-BMX-stunt.html Oldham AthleticFootball club mascot injures himself in BMX stunt Oldham Athletic football club's mascot had to be carried from the pitch after injuring himself during the pre-match entertainment. Chaddy, mascot of Oldham Athletic Football Club, injures himself in BMX stunt Chaddy the Owl ended up in hospital after falling off a bike in the build-up to his club's League One clash at Carlisle. The 7ft bird, dressed in the club's fluorescent away kit, was pulling wheelies on the BMX before kick off when he fell off and ruptured ankle ligaments. The mascot, Wayne Hurst, 34, said: "I was entertaining the crowd when I discovered a bike on the terrace behind the net. I was all right on a BMX when I was younger, so I thought I'd give it a go. "I set off towards the fans and the bike went over. I put my leg down to stop it, but went over on my ankle. I knew as soon as I hit the ground I was in trouble. "Eventually the St John's Ambulance people came. They wanted me to take my head off so they could give me gas and air, but I said no. It's an unwritten rule that I never take my head off in front of the crowd." Wayne was then helped on to a wheelchair and taken through the players' tunnel. "I got a standing ovation from the Carlisle fans, which was nice," he said. His injuries were expected to rule him out of his team's clash with Crewe today. Oldham's chief executive Alan Hardy bemoaned the latest injury to hit the club. He said: "It looked quite nasty. Clearly the pressure of the end of season run-in caught up with him."
  13. Exactly, look at Peterborough, average team- fantastic front two, Leeds you could possibly say the same.
  14. For me its Rubes or Taylor. The thing for me with Rubes is the amount of F**k ups hes done this season - he doesnt just make a mistake, he gives the opposition a free goal. It might just be me but it seems like its happened quite a few times this season.
  15. I dont think anyone is standout this season for it which may just sums up our inconsistant season.

    MOTM Vs. Crewe

Eardley for me but good performances from Stam, Gregan (apart from their goal) and Lee
  17. I was going to go Walsall away last game of the season but if it continues I might go to Bury or Rochdale instead as they are both at home and both have something to play for. I will prob still drag myself along to the Southend game though.
  18. Decent performance, lost the plot in the last 15 mins, hit the self destuct button for the equaliser
  19. Yeah, I think I need to see it again but neither of them did particularly well for the goal. Both had pretty good games otherwise.
  20. I like him but far too many big mistakes. Cant blame the club giving him a new contract as he was fantastic up to then. No one could have predicted he would then lose the plot
  21. It might be me losing the plot but it looked like a Rubes f**k up
