Aye, I see it too now, NewsNow was a bit slow to catch it... very good news and no excuses now. First 15 mins I want to 'see' us get stuck right in, I'd expect Greegs to clatter a couple of their midfielders and give them an old school welcome. Maybe have Charlton give their right back a booting too - warn him off Taylor... seems to be something we've lacked in the last couple of games is that old fashioned welcome... the "run past me again and i'll break you 'kin legs boy" mentality of yesteryear!

I have a mate who's used it for a while and PC-to-PC being free makes it handy, but I've not gone for it on the basis that the people I talk to online I do so thru MSN/Google/Forums and the ones I don't I use my mobile instead, for which I have bag fulls of 'free' minutes at a price equal to that of the PC-HousePhone prices on Skype. So I guess you have to look at who you will call and what service they use. In the long run I guess it may work out OK, as the current trend is to move most services onto God's Gift (broadband). Although how long that will last I don't know, seems rather narrow minded to me... TV didn't kill the radio, did it, so why should broadband kill TV? I'm off on a Thompson esq tangent now, so I shall retreat to my uni work and leave you good folk to it!

I appreciate what LL is saying, and I don't think they are at fault for the entire pitch issue, but there can be no doubting it's a problem they've contributed to. Under the terms of their agreement they are entitled to use BP, and I have no problem with that as such - but if they are only pulling in 1000 people a game (ish) then they really do not need somewhere the size of BP. If in 5-10 years time the new arena is built and the pitch has been invested in - with under-soil heating, improved drains, improved covers etc etc then I'd welcome them back - knowing that they would have considerably less impact on the surface, and that they would be contributing to the 'community' aspect of the ground (giving them some space for an office, ticket sales desk, a section of the club shop etc.) and looking for possible integration of the clubs on some level. But right now - from a cost/benefit analysis point of view - I think they are a hindrance not a help, so as a result I've voted no.

Fair enough... ... I understand now! Slightly more on topic... if we do have to go the playoff route - is that confirmed as Wembley? I know its near as damn it ready, but I've not read of a confirmation that is where the games are being played?

But if Richard (and anyone else who can help) can get the badge cut out and stitched onto a new background at 1/2 or 3/4 of the size at least then it'd get use. Better to have a smaller usable flag than a giant useless one. Because even if we play in the P/O final it's in no fit state to be used there - so its going to need something doing no matter what!

'cos from what someone said the Latics one is almost as big as the entire Chaddy end! and that's gonna cause problems for the stewards/health and safety peoples! I remember being a kid at Wembley when it came over the top and the feeling still gives me goosebumps now!! Would be nice to give today's kids a chance to replicate that - if that involves making it 1/2 the size then so be it! Smalley has been doing well lower down, if its bouncing around in their half why not just throw him on? he's a lad and they have an ability to just nick things once in a while... its better then changing nothing!

Why? Why not chuck a forward on? Its basically a cup tie now, and Macca can hit things from deep and maybe get deflection or rebound.

With the last two defeats we got lucky with teams around us slipping up - we knew we wouldn't get away with it forever!
