  1. Yeah great effort to all who went tonight, although it looked like we filled the stand with only a few empty seats near i was stood to the left of the goal. Bent bastards.

We where poor tonight. Although i was pleasantly surprised by the amount of shots we had (22) (didn't feel like that to be honest)

I was quite concerned about the inability of our midfield and centre backs of stringing a few passes together and keeping it on the deck. Far too much long ball :censored:e tonight we missed Furman massively and please rest King Kuqi, I'm not going to slate the guy because he's done a fantastic job for us this season, but i think it's time for Dickov to give Smith a run (starting sat) this isn't purely based on the penalty miss ( which was :censored:ing awful) just on what he was offering us tonight. Parker's not a rb Lee not a lb, bring Black or Mellor back and switch Lee to his natural position.

I'm worried that we have :censored:ed this one up and Wembley seems that little bit further away now.

Please get it right for Exeter this Saturday.

    Keep The Faith :disappointed:

agree kuqi is looking tired but i don't see smith as the answer his reactions are far too slow and he doesn't seem to get stuck in just my opinion but i don't think he's ready to be a starter.

as for lee i have read a few comments tonight about him not being a leftback yet he played well against liverpool and huddersfield at lb,tonights game just didn't allow him to play, quite a few times he was left with 2 men because scapuzzi hadn't got back,he couldn.t venture forward because we just wasn't keeping the ball.saying that he is still struggling with the ankle injury{left}and i think it showed at times tonight as he was reluctant to use his left foot and looked uncomfortable after he did use it so going back to the right would help him.

from what i saw tonight i think the back four would have coped{not sure about parker} if the midfield and attackers had been at it but its all same old same old at the moment we've had a few good spells and when we play well i think we are a good side but its not often enough and thats what worries me because we need to keep hold of our better players but when we play like this coupled with the low wages they will get here why would they want to stay

  2. To be honest it was our players who were rolling around most of the time, bit embarrasing to be honest.

However that Lee is a waste of space. If Hudds Town have to have him up front it's no wonder the sheep shaggers are struggling.

who was rolling around and embarrasing you i must have missed that?

  3. a few days after the event i know and some wont like but

if Hughes or Davies or even current player Taylor had got booked like Kuqi did against Notts County it would have its own thread about how its a disgrace how he behaved and Dickov should drop them, bollock him or sell him in January

Kuqi does it and it seems not many eyebrows are raised

been saying for a few weeks now, Kuqi has an attitude problem, he doesnt like to play it simple, he now always looks for the "glory" ball and imo opinion thinks he is far better than he currently is.

he does put in a shift every game no doubt! no question in his work rate but he cost us a goal becuase he keeps trying to do to much on the ball he wont release to team mates, except maybe Scapuzzi

he needs to realise he is not 24 anymore he is 34 and get back to the way he was when he arrived, trusting his team mates abit more

oh and he wont score if he keeps dropping back to the half way line for the ball, :censored:in stay up front kuqi

the goals will start to flow for him again if he does IMO

agree..said the same myself at the game yesterday that he will never score being that far back because if he gets the ball he isn't quick enough to run with the ball before getting tackled

  4. please can anyone help,my laptop keeps turning off just goes without warning like the power has gone,i tried googling and people say it is due to overheating because of dust etc but i'm not sure.

when i turn it on sometimes its not even 30 seconds and it goes off again,so wouldn't have thought it was too hot, usually after a few tries it comes on and stays on all night till i shut it down does anyone have any idea what it could be

  5. I don't have any problem with footballers trying to get the best deal for themselves, it's common sense for them to do that but this idea that they can only work until they're 35 is total bull:censored:. Let's say the average for a first team pro at oldham is £700, that's still £36400 before any bonuses, hardly peanuts is it?

I'm not criticising Lee or Taylor in any way, just saying this idea is bollocks.

i didn't say they couldn't go out and work i said the earning from football was over, but it is going to be tough for them, others will have been to uni or got a job and worked there way up the ladder a bit by the time they are 35,a lot of these lads are going to be like 35 year old school leavers out in the world wondering what to do next

  6. Good news I think, lets hope they don't get greedy... Will be good to tie something up even if we are then going to sell them

to be fair i dont think it would be a case of being greedy the lads don't have that many earning years left in football,so if they had a chance to earn more they would need to think about how it would affect them, mortgage etc as they're not earning thousands, they will have a good standard of living now but probably nothing when the football ends
