JR has recently been referred to as a hatchet man by getting rid of some deadwood at Latics! What else is needed at the club next season? Is it a new squad? Club Captain? New Pies? New Manager? New LB and Striker ? All these are things we have tried to get over the last few years for the start of the season. I was thinking about Latics and how it is run different to other clubs and one thing jumped out at me other than the lack of exposure of the club in the local community. Why do we have a Managing Director and a Chief Executive? Looking at 3 other clubs all of different sizes which to me are ALL bigger club than latics not one as both ! Board make up of the club Board make up of the club A similar club to Latics We need a new stand with better facilities, my hope was Wardle would come in, build the new stand with a hotel, gym, hospitality facilities and maybe a new JD Sports HQ and retail shop and become a member of the clubs board for the investment. The ticketing system at latics seems also to suffer when there is a big game on, the office cant cope with hudreds of people wanting tickets etc the club shop cant cope with more than 20 people in but still 5 staff work there ! So for next season maybe the club should be branded better, tickets should be abled to be booked better over the phone and the club shop moved to one of the sponsor boxes that is hardly used and the current shop could be better used ? Its been discussed already about what players need to be kept from the current squad? For me it is only a few: Fleming Taylor Alexandra Maher Whittaker Stam Smalley The rest we can do without, too inconsistant for a promotion chasing team. As for the manager ! Royle is the perfect man if HE wants the challange, can he work once again with a small budget, does he have the fight for it ? If the answer is yes - Sign him up to a 2 year deal

Agree in parts although TTA now have signaled negativity at the final hurdle. Will TTA comment on who let LH go out on loan? Did JR have enough time with LH to see he wasnt going to be any use this season? I dont think so ! JR is famed for attacking football bring wingers into play and gettin the ball into the box for the strikers to score - Surely this is what LH has wanted all season ? Lets forget LH the convicted man, trouble causer (rumoured) drinker(rumoured) lets hold the key fact The leading scorer has been loaned out to a rival, when we still had a small chance of promotion ourselves. Havent TTA mentioned that some foreigners want to invest in the club ? Not exactly the most positive business example for anyone looking to invest in the team. I have to agree with JSSL ... I'm shocked still at the decision that was made. Last sat brought at least an extra 1800 fans through the gates. WILL THEY COME BACK NOW ? I'm frustrated and disappointed now after having time to reflect, Not for letting Hughesy go but for giving up and surrending our last chance of making the play offs this season without a fight, letting the clubs top scorer go on loan has DAMAGED the remainding attendance for this season and maybe ST sales next season! Lee's goal versus Leeds showed what he can do same Southend away when he is given 1/100 th of a chance with the ball at his feet LH hasnt played well since xmas, but show me one player who has played consistant ! One man doesnt make a team, one man doesnt destroy a team but bad management does. ! Negativity has been shown at the highest level here Hughesy may have left in the summer, I'm sure he's not the only one but now I feel CHEATED out of money Ive spent watching the team home and away now. Why has just one player been let go (allowed to leave on loan) when others have caused the team and club problems ? If Blackpool have paid money for the loan I can sort of understand letting him leave. The club now have given up any chance of the play offs I wouldnt have minded LH leaving in the summer but letting him leave now to Blackpool STINKS ! Why let your leading scorer leave now ? The club can not now ask the FANS to get behind the team for the remainder of the home games when the club top bosses clearly have given up on this season. LH hasnt been playing well for the last 6 weeks, granted but neither have 95% of the team Why not let SG go out on loan ? He has caused more trouble than LH JR might not fancy him but what if Joe doesnt stay ? The new manager may have loved to have LH ! I pay on the day for games and I will still go but my mates wont now, even if they only charge £5 a game You dont let your leading scorer go without having a replacement, which we havnt got ! Poor management from the top to the bottom with this decision IMO

Windass got bonus for sitting on the bench because he is Dean Windass super star Most of the current squad get bonus based on the number of games they play in a season, if they come onto the pitch, if they do promo work for the club ie Hospital schoold etc and so on. Lets just say that the time Andy L has spent on the pitch coming on as sub is approx £3 k . Now if people at the club read that they will be thinking WTF. How does he know that ! Easy stop players getting drunk !
