Any stand will do. having only 3 stands is embarrasing. Also can we have a new main stand next then new chaddy end so we can watch the game without support columns spoiling the view.

Hi peeps havnt been on owtb for ages. Had to add. Shefki gives 100% every match and even not playing well is still a good outlet for our defence to aim at and still threatens to score every match. I do agree that if we are coasting to victory and we have a glut of games coming maybe take him off halfway through second half if his legs are going.But I personally belive unless injured Shefki wont want to come off. He is class. cant belive we had windass.lol This is the best attacking team we have had in ages.

Thanks to everyone for the imput with regards to this thread. Anyone interested interested in chanting as much as you can sit in Chaddy end in second block as usual. I havnt had reply to the megaphone but I am going down tomorrow to ask. what happened to the megaphone ?

I agree that most chanting should be spontaneous but to many times expecially at home there can be huge chunks of the match were there is no chanting.

I take it you have better ideas on how to create good atmosphere to get behind our boys ? Again anyone interested email please.

I am trying to organise as many people who are interested in getting together and going to the matches with the intent to chant. Many european teams have co-ordinated chanting. We will have a list of chants to go through. Examples are. All corners and free kicks are "come on Oldham" As soon as ref blows final whistle " we love you Oldham" At intervals during game other chants. However I will be encouraging fans not to abuse ref know matter how poor because swearing at a robot is useless. And no booing own players it just doesnt work. only 5,000 oldhamers bother to watch latics 3,000 bother to watch rochdale 3,000 bother to watch bury. if we all merged into one team at one ground thats 11,000 fans in league 1. People need to get real. BP is to big for latics. we only need a 7,000 seater stadium at best. We were lucky to get to the prem. Get real unless the TTA drop millions into bp we will rot in this league or worse go down again.
