V.Good!
I hope the mard arse gets it in the neck for 93 minutes!

WTF WAS THAT!!!!!!
RUBBISH!!
-
What a croc of :censored:e
As a player and a fan, the only thing you want is for your team to win - whether it be a friendly, league game, cup match, reserve match etc....
Who gives a stuff how big or small the trophy is? To have the opportunity to play/watch your team at wembley is what it's all about.
-
A very popular one at Latics in the 80s was "Singing the Blues"
"...when Oldham win and Utd/ Leeds/ whoever lose"
ohohoholdham, you got me singin' the blues.....
-
I'm sure we could paint one orange.
Borrow some of the :censored:e that loads of lasses are rubbing all over their faces at the moment....
-
You can defend fantastically at the back and as a team, you can run all day in the middle of the park, you can be as creative as you like out wide or in the middle - but if you don't put the ball in the back of the onion bag - You don't win football matches.
Simpson all day long.

Verneth, verneth, very very nice.....

That will be posted in 2014
When the newly named "3 and 4 bedroomed" Paddock stand begins?

One thing i loved about the Roger Palmer night was alot of older fans fans where singing old chants and Roger Palmer songs i have never heard before or ones i not heard for years. One song not sure full version when along the lines of Something like Roger Palmer Scoring, the chaddy end was roaring, i dont know why we love but we do.
Wrote and sung on one of the Boozer cruisers a few years ago...../mid/late 90s ish

Think this one looks even worse!
Sing along now......
"WHAT THE @@@@@@@ HELL IS THAT?......WHAT THE @@@@@@@ HELL IS THAT???"
-
If we show more desire, passion, skill and effort ON the pitch than Shezterfield we will win - That's how football works.
-
Depends on the manager!
Uniformed now!
-
This is a method also used by the maroons....
-
yeah id keep him. He does go missing at times but I was impressed with how he tried to play make for us on saturday and im sure he will get more goals. I just wish hed be a bit more physcial in the cetre of the park but hes something to work with
The same thing was said about Richie Wellens!!
Nothing further from the truth and the same applies to Tom - he is not a 'rampaging' player, but I would wager that during 90 minutes he is up there in grass covered in a game - certainly from centre mid.
-
You'll have no voice left, if you start now - save it!
-
didnt Starbuck "play" in midfield
Alledgedly!!
Piss poor player with attitude to match.
As for Adeyemi - I'll say it again, he has all the attributes to play at a better level. If we can afford him, get him on board - He's only going to get better as well.
-
I think some mean the season is over if Latics don't reach Wembley in respect that interest will be lost and crowds will dwindle.
I know how they mean it, yet it is completely the opposite imo - as there will be plenty of interest if we're in a relegation battle.
-
I don't buy all this "If we lose Monday our seasons over!"
If we lose, our season just begins again for us - because if we don't get our heads on and put some points on the board, then a relegation scrap is just around the corner.
-
From the horses mouth as to why he doesn't come to Oldham more often
"Because it's too fecking cold!"
-
A very precise, thought out piece mr/mrs trafford.
Psychologically monday is massive! Lose and a potential relegation dog fight ensues.. win and pd creates a piece of latics history and goes down in folklore.. either way, it's a good example of the fineline between success and failure

THE LEGEND!
He didn't even know he was going, but what a reaction for him. There's no player who will ever surpass what Roger did here and what makes him so much more of a legend is. He doesn't even realise it himself. What a player, what a man!
Ooooooohhhhhhhhhhhh Roger Palmer!
Sing it loud, sing it proud!
Oh and by the way..........."Who put the ball in City's net, who put the ball in City's net, who put the ball in City's net - Super Roger Palmer......Super, super Rog, super, super Rog, super super Rog, super ROGER PALMER!
-
OOOOOoooooohhhhhhhhh Roger Palmer!
And to those of you who take offence or feel it is sung inappropriately at times...Feck off!
LEGEND
No disrespect meant to the following!!!.... But Please do not mention Shaun Garnett, David Eyres,Paul Warne, Lee Hughes, luke Beckett, Chris Porter, Ernie Cooksey, Paul murray, Chris Armstrong,Fitz Hall, Paul Rickers, John Sheridan, Darren Sheridan, Clyde Wijhnard, Richie Wellens, Lee Croft, Kilkenney or any other tics player you may have liked in the last (NEARLY!!) 20 years in the same breath as.....The Dodge....He was the Legend!

Considering the level of football the club is currently playing at, the 5th or 6th tier in English football, thats a pretty big debt to take on, although I believe that they still want to raise the funds themselves.
Totally agree
I wonder if the green and yellow/red/green and yellow/red brigade will crawl back under the same hypocritical, ironic rock they came from with the debt only ever likely to increase - I doubt it.

Started well and kept getting injured. I blame the training methods of the management.
Young men don't know how to tackle like they used to.
Perhaps the moisturiser and fake tan cream play havoc with the bodies natural immune system!

There are many amateur/semi pro footballers who laugh off and deal with worse comments week in week out, playing for fook all - At £140k a week he should have done the same, smiled and walked off with 3 points - he's paid well enough to deal with whatever is dealt to him on a football field.
Saying all of that, I totally back the anti racist theme, but let's not turn jibes on a football pitch into a national scandal.
